Some people, it's quite possible to argue, don't know when to shut up.
Jade Goody is one of those people. How do I know this? Well besides reading Heat, I've spotted she's back on the box tonight, in the amusing Piers Morgan vehicle "You Can't Fire Me, I'm Famous (BBC 1, 10.35pm).
Now, if I was Jade, and had been caught on cameras making comments which at best were ill judged and at worst, racist, I'd probably have opted for the Fiona Phillips treatment ahead of being grilled by a former Fleet Street editor who has made no secret of his contempt for reality TV show 'stars.'
Of course, the great thing about Piers Morgan is that he recognises the irony in how he has become a celebrity on programmes which fall into the reality genre, such as America' Got Talent.
But Jade wouldn't get on America's Got Talent, or indeed on to Britain's Got Talent, because she has none. Yet, that didn't stop her making a small fortune out of being the stupid one on Big Brother.
So it made sense, I suppose, for her to go back into the house for the celebrity version earlier this year. Only perhaps her advisors/agent should have remembered that Jade's success out of the house was based on keeping her on a very short lead. Which they couldn't do in the House.
With Morgan tonight, she discusses those comments, and what it was like to be at the centre of the international storm which followed. Crucially, the tough questions - such as whether she can win the public over again - are asked.
Her answers will go some of the way to determining whether Jade can be liked again - but I think the British public can only ever be fooled by someone once.
Also tonight:
Waking the Dead (BBC 1, 9pm): One of the few crime dramas which works just as well second time round - each plot is complex that the whodunnit element is almost as strong when you sit down for seconds. Tonight, the appeal of man convicted of murder forces Grace to question the decision she made on the case 30 years ago. To make matters worse, someone now appears to be copying the style of that murder. Sue Johnston stars, and is excellent.
Killer Wave (Sky One, 8pm): Sky One takes a break from its eternal glorifying of The Simpson to show a good four part drama based around a series of tidal waves hitting the US. Natural damage or terrorist attack?
