Next time you're trundling through the 7.30pm deluge of crap on a Tuesday evening, try Sky News.
Martin Stamford, who comes across as one of those blokes who is just a little too desperate to show off all his knowledge of the web, presents Sky.com News TV (weeknights, 7.30pm), which is by no means as clunky as the title of the show.
Basically, for half an hour, they rip up the newslist and allow it to be led by the web, covering the issues which are getting most clicks on their website, getting people who run websites to talk about the big issues (eg man who runs stocks and shares website when the 'exciting' stock market crash occurs).
Other than the incredibly annoying 'nav bar' at the top which makes a bleeping noise as they move between topics, it's actually very watchable, and unusually for Sky News, not over the top.
And, of course, there do the top 5 videos from the web every day ... including this little gem....
