Teletext and the talking cats
I've never really understood how you were supposed to use Teletext holidays. I tried, once, to book a cheap week away in Lanzarote, but the page with the deal I wanted kept skipping past, and when it did actually appear on screen and I'd managed to get through to the travel operator, the deal had gone.
Therefore, it follows, life using Teletext via the internet should be much easier. And if their new website is half as inspired as their current adverts featuring the talking cats, then I might give them a second chance when choosing this summer's getaway.
Should I be worried that talking cats influence such big decisions?
